FOR YOUR HEART HEALTH
Getting your heart rate up for thirty minutes or more each day is vital to your health. It keeps blood pumping through your body and brain, but mostly exercises that giant muscle, the heart.
There’s walking, fast walking, jumping rope, dancing, sprinting, jumping jacks, aerobic classes, cycling, stair climbing, hiking, swimming, elliptical, piyo, martial arts, calisthenics, and so many more things to get your heart rate going!!!
You can easily figure your maximum heart rate (220 – your age) that’s it! Then multiply that number by 65%, 75% and 85%. You’re going to want to vary your heart rate and target different numbers.
